The Dual Chamber Case for the NEO Flex is a wonderful upgrade. Providing home-brewers with the ability to store their Flex safely, whenever they need, in addition to bringing it with them wherever they go. The dual chamber design stores the frame and base of the Flex apart, separated by a foam insert. This design ensures maximum portability and safety, while the Flex stays in optimal condition.

Included in the case design are pre-fabricated chambers for all brewing parts that come standard with each NEO Flex, as well as additional chambers for the Pressure Gauge, if users decide to upgrade!

Flair WDT Tool

Having trouble pulling consistent shots? Some running faster than others, even with the same coffee, dose, and grind? While it could be your coffee is too fresh (yes, this is a thing!), but more likely you need to do a better job evening out the distribution of coffee grounds across the basket before tamping.

The more evenly you distribute the grounds, the more evenly water will flow through the bed of coffee. As a result, your extractions will be more balanced, repeatable and most importantly, delicious.

When it comes to distribution tools, there is no better bang for your buck, and most would say, more effective, than the Weiss Distribution Technique, or WDT. Not all tools are created equal, however, and if you have tried this technique before and had disappointing results, it was probably the tool at fault. Needle thickness, stiffness, number, and array matter. Too much—even too few—of any and all of those, and you will struggle to have good results with the technique.

The Flair WDT Tool was designed with all of this in mind, as well as to be the perfect fit for all of our portafilters, from the NEO on up to the 58.

The Flair Brew Scale fits perfectly between the oval base on all of Flair’s espresso makers, from the NEO Flex to the 58. It’s also the perfect fit for the coffee brewer in search of the tastiest, most repeatable shots of espresso!

Volumetrics leads to imperfect measurements in espresso brewing; scoops to measure coffee beans and shot glasses with volume markings to measure yield cannot be counted on when brewing by recipe. The Flair Brew Scale will provide you with the most accurate measurements—down to 0.1g, and auto-tare and auto-time functions that will keep your brews on point!

3 Modes:

Pre-Infusion Mode starts the clock at first drips and keeps it running all the way through until you lift the cup. Perfect for recipes that call for long holds and blooms.

Auto Mode starts the timer at first drips and stops it as soon as no flow has been sensed for 02 seconds. Perfect for slow ramps straight to pressure with no pre-infusion steps.

Manual Mode let’s you start and pause the timer manually throughout the brew, as well as tare and re-tare as necessary. Perfect for filter and other brewing methods.

Temperature Strips

Brewing at the correct temperature, either with your brew water or with your milk is essential to optimizing your results.

Buy our High Heat Temperature Strip, with a range of 158 to 212°F / 70 to 100°C to ensure that your brew head is preheated prior to adding your brew water.

Similarly, buy a Low-Heat Temperature Strip, with a range of 77 to 149 °F / 25 to 65 °C to ensure that the milk in your frother or steamer has reached the optimal point for latte art.

Take control of your brew and improve repeatability of your tasty shots by placing these easy to use, easy to read temperature strips on your brew heads and steamers!

Comes with one (1) customizable temperature strip. Dimensions are 2.25 x .5 inches.
